I don't diagnose down the phone
Guessing at a noise from a description gets people charged for the wrong part. Book the callout instead — the diagnosis is free, and then you know exactly what you're paying for.

Cheap bikes and cars often need a once-over before you rely on them. I'll check the safety items first and tell you what can wait.

Three steps, no messing
Step 01
Message me
WhatsApp or email with the vehicle, what you've noticed and where it's parked. Use the booking form below if it's easier — it asks for everything I need.
Step 02
Free diagnostic at your door
I come to the vehicle and find the actual fault. That visit costs you nothing, whether you go ahead with the repair or not.
Step 03
Price, then repair
Parts and labour in plain numbers before anything starts. Most jobs are done there and then; bigger ones get booked back in.
03 — Straight answers
What I don't do
Working mobile means some jobs are better off elsewhere. Knowing which ones saves you a wasted afternoon — and if it's outside what I take on, I'll point you somewhere sensible.
Tyre fitting or balancing
That needs a fitting machine and a balancer. Any tyre place will sort it.
Two-post lift jobs
If a job genuinely can't be done without a hydraulic ramp, it needs a garage with one.
MOT testing
I'm not a test centre. I'll prep your vehicle for the test and fix the fails.
Engine rebuilds
Full strip-downs and gearbox internals go to a specialist. I'll tell you who.
Bodywork and paint
Dents, panels and respraying aren't my trade.

08 — Common questions
Before you book
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. I come to the vehicle, find the fault and tell you what it needs. There's no charge for that visit and no obligation to have the repair done by me.
Can you just tell me what's wrong over the phone?
No — and that's deliberate. Diagnosing a noise from a description is how people end up buying parts they didn't need. Book the free callout and you'll get a real answer instead of a guess.
Do I bring the vehicle to you?
There's nowhere to bring it — the business is fully mobile. I come to your drive, your street or wherever it's parked, as long as there's safe room to work around it.
How much will the repair cost?
You get a price for parts and labour before I start. If something else turns up once it's apart, you get a message and you decide — the bill never grows on its own.
Do you fit tyres?
No. Fitting and balancing need machines that don't travel, so that one's for a tyre place. I'll happily check pressures, wear and condition while I'm there.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. I'll fit parts you've bought, though I can't warranty the part itself. If something looks poor quality or the wrong fitment, I'll say so before it goes on.
Do you work on 125s and learner bikes?
Regularly. Chains, sprockets, servicing, no-spark faults, carb work and getting cheap second-hand bikes running properly.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer once the job's finished.
